The Custom Jewel System has been fully integrated into the regular Chaos Goblin Combination system.

There is no separate NPC or special crafting interface. Simply bring the required materials to the Chaos Goblin, select Regular Combination, place the ingredients inside the Chaos Machine and start the mix.
